1. Shipping

We aim to ship orders within 2–4 business days after payment confirmation. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and courier service. You will receive tracking information once the order is dispatched.

2. Returns and Refunds

We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the product is:

• Physically damaged, or

• A wrong item is delivered.

To request a return under these conditions:

• You must record a full 360-degree unboxing video while opening the sealed parcel (no cuts or edits).

• The video must clearly show the parcel label, the product, and the issue.

• The video must be submitted within 24 hours of delivery.

• If approved, the return must be initiated within 2 days of receiving the product.

🚚 Return Shipping Charges:

• If the mistake is from our side (wrong or damaged item), we will cover the return shipping fee (Rs. 220).

• If the return is due to customer reasons (wrong size ordered, changed mind, etc.), the customer must bear the two-way shipping cost (Rs. 220).
