What is the return policy?
We don’t accept returns or exchanges for size issues, as we provide a detailed size chart before purchase. If the product arrives damaged, incorrect, or in the wrong size, you can return it.
Please record a quick 360° video while opening your package. If there’s a problem, contact us right away and send the item back within 3 days. Once we receive it, we’ll issue a refund or replacement.
When will I get my order?
Orders placed before 12:00 PM are shipped the same day. Orders placed after 12:00 PM are shipped the next working day. Delivery within Kerala usually takes 1–3 working days. For locations outside Kerala, delivery takes 1–4 working days. We use express courier services for faster shipping, and if a PIN code is not serviceable by our courier partner, we dispatch through India Post.
Once shipped, a tracking ID will be shared so you can follow your order until it reaches your doorstep. Currently, we deliver only within India.

Where are your products manufactured?
All our products are designed and manufactured in our own in-house facility in India. While some of the fabrics are sourced internationally (such as from China and Thailand), the entire design and production process is carried out by our team.
Each item goes through strict quality checks to ensure it meets our standards before being delivered to you.
How much does shipping cost?
We charge a flat shipping fee of ₹55 on all orders. At the moment, we accept only prepaid orders and do not offer Cash on Delivery.
If a return is required due to a mistake on our side (such as a wrong or damaged item), we will cover the return shipping cost and refund the full amount. In other cases, a small deduction of ₹ will be applied to cover return shipping.
Are any purchases final sale?
Yes, items marked as Final Sale cannot be returned or exchanged. These include discounted and clearance products. Final Sale items will always be clearly mentioned at the time of purchase.
